INFOBUS has found a solution! The service has launched a new functionality - additional baggage! 

What is it?

With this feature, INFOBUS customers have the opportunity not to be limited to the general conditions of baggage transportation. If you need to take more bulky items than specified in the flight conditions, it will be much easier to do so with the new functionality.

Can the driver refuse to take extra baggage? No, because you buy a place for luggage in the same way as a seat in the cabin.

You can also use this feature if the size of your suitcases does not fit the "free" category.  

The extra baggage option is already available from the following: FIRMA Galiz, OOO “Sarvalteh auto”, Citybus Georgia, MODULTRANS.

How do I check in extra baggage when buying a ticket?

We have prepared detailed instructions on how to add luggage to your order when booking a ticket on the INFOBUS website:

• First, you need to choose a flight, date, time and carrier.
• Once these steps are done, enter your personal data: Name, phone number and email address.
• After entering the data into the order, you should click on the box labeled "Add baggage". Please note that there will be an immediate division into "Free" and “Paid baggage”.

• Next, you need to enter the number of additional suitcases, and then click the "Add baggage" button.

• After entering all the data, the cost of additional baggage will be automatically displayed.

What to look for when buying extra baggage? 

If you buy a ticket with this functionality, you should know that it:

• does not apply to flights with a stopover; 
• cashback is not credited to the bonus card;
• the promo code discount is not valid.

In case you need to return the ticket, regardless of the conditions of its return, the amount for additional baggage is refunded in full.
