Bonuses are a virtual currency on the INFOBUS website that is accumulated when paying for orders. You can use the accumulated bonus points to pay for tickets for future trips. For example, 100 bonus points = 1 euro. The maximum possible discount when using bonuses is 50% of the ticket price.

What is a bonus card and how to get it?

The INFOBUS bonus card is a virtual card that accumulates bonuses. To receive a bonus card, you need to register on the INFOBUS website or in the mobile application for IOS | Android, and then the card will automatically appear in your personal account. You will need it for further accumulation and use of bonuses.

And now the most important thing - what are the bonuses in INFOBUS?

After you register, your card is linked to your profile. When placing an order, the bonus card number will be automatically entered. After paying for the reservation, you will receive bonus points on your card that you can use as a discount for future orders. 

Below is a list of bonus programs that will always come in handy: 

1. 100 bonus points for registration. By registering on the INFOBUS website or mobile app, you will automatically receive 100 bonus points that are credited to your bonus card.
2. Bonuses for reviews. This is your opportunity to get 200 bonuses! From time to time, we hold promotions during which you can earn bonuses by simply leaving a review about INFOBUS (follow the news on social media). 
3. Compensation for different ticket prices. If you find a ticket cheaper than on the INFOBUS website, the company will refund you the difference, which is converted into euros (100 bonus points = 1 euro). However, keep in mind that the amount is not fixed, as it depends on how much the ticket price differs from the other one; you can find more information about compensation here.
4. INFOBUS bloggers. INFOBUS can refund up to 100% of the ticket price in the form of bonuses for those who travel with INFOBUS, shoot unique content and follow @infobus.en on social media. Read more about it here.
5. Ticket bonuses. When purchasing tickets on the INFOBUS website or mobile application, you can receive up to 2.5% of the ticket price in the form of bonuses to your customer card. The number of bonuses credited for a particular ticket is indicated in the flight description. Please note that some flights are not eligible for bonus points - such flights are not marked with a bonus point.

How to use INFOBUS bonuses:  

First, you need to log in. If you want to use your bonus points to purchase a ticket, just check the "Redeem bonus points" box during the checkout process. The ticket price will be automatically recalculated taking into account the bonuses that will be deducted from your card. 

In case of trip cancellation, the bonuses are returned to the customer's card in full. However, if you decide to cancel the trip yourself, the applied bonuses will be considered used. 

If you do not know or have forgotten your bonus card number, you can find it on the website www.infobus.eu, in the ‘My Tickets’ section. In the application, all the necessary information is available in your personal account, in the ‘Bonuses’ section. Also, when you register on the website, you will receive an email with your bonus account number.
