Passengers feedbacks about the carriers

Horrible experience. Very rude and impatient staff- the driver and his colleague. Absolutely unhelphul and verbally abusive. Horrible customer service and rudness is overwhelming.

Poor service by INFOBUS, ticket came without proper information of carrier and line number. Bus and the carrier did well. Second, connecting bus never showed up.

Bus from Warsaw to Lviv, 20.12, departing at 23:30.

The drivers were beyond rude, treating everyone (and I mean everyone) as if we were cattle animals. Yelling at people, ordering people around.

Most of those who were on the bus were women, so the drivers felt free to insult us safe in the notion that there won’t be a physical altercation.

Disgusting.

The travel was amazing, but the toilet was disgusting

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I booked a bus from Lviv to Khmelnytskyi.

My order number is 13034606. My bus should be arrived at 4:10AM so I was waiting at outside from 3:40AM. At 4:06AM they called me and they said the bus is sticking at a country border so it will be late 2-3 hours. It's not acceptable. I had to wait -1 degree of outside and after 2 hours and 40 min later, they called me again and the bus will come more later. Yes. My plan is completely destroyed because of this company. I know they can't control the border passing time. But they need to guess and manage the time. They shouldn't sell tickets if they can't come on time ( or max 30 min late)

I seek a refund. I don't write to a customer support because I don't want unnecessary communication anymore.

Anyway Don't use this company except if you wanna waste your money and enjoy -1 degree outside 3 hours.
