We booked 7 seats on 07/05/24 , batumi to tbs.. Seat numbers are 35,39,40,45,46,49,50..but there were no seat called 50 in bus and one of us ended up without seat. After that she chose a seat without number to sit, after halfway of bus someone randomly came and sat on the seat which our friend was sitting and that person claimed its her seat and not willing to show her ticket even. Very bad experience and staff was rude to us in the beginning atlast after lot of talking they arranged some seat in the front. We paid for seat which showed in website and we didn't get one which we paid for. Very bad experience

Everything was excellent. The trip started just in time, wi-fi worked normaly, bus attendant was polite an offered drinks. The rest stop was in normal place and took enough time for quick lunch. Thank you!

Schicker, sauberer Bus. Sehr pünktlich. Genug Pausen um Essen zu kaufen und auf Klo zu gehen. Ausreichend Beinfreiheit.

Călătoria a fost ok. Îmi place că tineți să expediați notificări (reminder) privind cursa rezervată/achitată. Oră de pornire respectată cu punctualitate.

Un aspect de menționat este faptul că unele autocare au spatiu limitat între scaunele pasagerilor, cel puțin mai limitat comparativ cu alte autocare, aflate la fel în gestiunea dvs. Creează incomoditate.
