I booked a trip for Dec the 2nd at 14:30 destination Krakow Airport.
Exactly at 14:30 they displayed a delay of 40min,
I waited 40 min.
Exactly at 15:10 they displayed a delay of 70min.
I called the carrier contact number, nobody spoke english.
I took a Taxi to the airport.
Let's see if I get a reimbursement

My flight was delayed, and unfortunately I arrived at the bus stop just one minute after the scheduled departure time. By then, the bus had already left.
I tried calling the driver using the phone number provided on the ticket (from two different phones), but there was no response. I also attempted to contact customer support at the other number listed. Unfortunately, the support team did not provide any useful information and eventually ended the call after asking me to wait.
As a result, I lost my money and wasted more than three hours of my time. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I kindly ask you to review my case and consider compensation.

We are very sorry that you encountered such a situation. We understand that flight delays are circumstances beyond your control. At the same time, the bus trip took place according to schedule, and unfortunately, the driver cannot deviate from the schedule and wait for passengers. The ticket also states that it is recommended to arrive for boarding 30 minutes before departure.
According to the carrier's rules, unfortunately, no refunds are possible after the flight has departed.
