Let me start by saying, that the things such as changes MUST be written down as something important and not just as “additionall information”. I might be wrong, but actually people who go by buss at night are not expecting accidental change at 2 am.
By the way, the buss we have changed to were inconvenient and uncomfortable! The floor was wet due to the dripping condensate and there were no sockets to charge the phones.
Otherwise, the crew is pretty competent and good to talk with.
Also, I want to add that the operators of the Neo bus hotline did not want to speak any other language than Polish. And this is in the territory of the European Union, where English is considered an international language. It was very intolerant of the operator to hang up during the conversation. I had to call back several times to clarify the information about the location of the bus. Unfortunately, I cannot call this trip good. Because many factors influenced this. I hope that everything will improve in the future.

Terrible service.Not recommend to the travelers who planned to use those busses to reach airport.
Bus did not arrived in time and after 1 hr delay I took taxi to get to Krakow airport.
No information about delays was provided by the carrier.

Jest nam bardzo przykro, że z powodu opóźnienia autobusu musieli Państwo w pośpiechu szukać innych rozwiązań, aby zdążyć na samolot. Rozumiemy, jak stresująca i nieprzyjemna była to sytuacja.
