Initial Experience Exceeded Expectations

We were initially a little concerned to begin with, as we had not used this company before and were unsure what to expect. We were, however, very pleasantly surprised.

The driver was very polite and helpful and assisted us with our luggage. Furthermore, he allowed us to disembark before the scheduled stop, as it was closer to our residence, which was greatly appreciated. The bus itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Good trip, polite staff, chargers on every seat, Wi-Fi in both Poland and Belarus, new bus.

My trip from Rivne to Warsaw was excellent. The seat was more comfortable than what I had seen before. The drivers were very kind, informing us of every stop and procedure at the Ukrainian-Polish border.
