The carrier departed 1 hour later than he should! And arrived to the airport with delay more than 1 hour and half! But the ride was comfortable and the past of border control was fast.
Driver with good driving skills and also I appreciate that he tried to save time on border control by persuading customs officers to take some interest of our bus, so the final delay was less than 1 hour.
(btw the work engagement of customs officers is a nightmare I could not recognize if their job description is walking, talking to each other, smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee or something else)

An der Grenze hat es zu lange gedauert, also ist der Bus weiter ohne den Passagier gefahren. Ist verständlich.
Dann kam der nächste Bus von der gleichen Linie und wollte erneut 40€ haben. Was schonmal sehr kundenunfreundlich ist. Man kann ja nichts dafür, wenn man länger an der Grenze angehalten wird.
Dann ist der Bus auch Bus auch noch liwgengeblieben und man musste erneut lange warten.
Wie gesagt. Kann alles mal passieren, hier war aber etwas mehr Feingefühl notwendig vom Anbieter und das gab es einfach nicht. Der Preis von 40€ ist auch etwas viel, wenn man bedenkt das das Flugticket billiger war.
Wie bereits erwähnt, es gab auch gute Fahrten mit dem Anbieter, dies war jetzt eine Ausnahme, die aber trotzdem sehr negativ aufgefallen ist.
