Todo perfecto, quizas la calefaccion muy alta, pero un conductor excelente y cuidadoso

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Got to the meeting place in Geneva 30 mins before the 1.30pm bus time on my ticket, having arranged flights, ski pick up etc around this part of my travel. Only to find out that, with little more of a shrug of their shoulders, the Alpine Travel guy simply told me to come back at 3.30pm!!!! And pointed me to the McDonolds!! No apology. Simply said “yeah we know it’s an inconvenient, the management know about…’!

No communication, no apology and when we did get going, we then had more changes mid trip! Avoid this company.

Excellent trip!

Everything depends on your luck with Pavluk's. Every team and bus are different.

Some are great, helpful and almost contemporary.

Some teams are rude, indifferent, unhelpful in the older couches.

This time the bus was old, no toilet, no easily accessible charging points.

No toilet working.

But the trip was mostly OK.

Very hot despite the unbelievable frost outside.

The passengers were treated poorly, no respect really.

But the coach arrived precisely on time in Warsaw.

Two hours late in Ukraine.

We got to the point of destination safe and sound, thank you.
