Passengers feedbacks about the carriers

I was very disappointed with my experience on the Polish train. I had purchased tickets, but I accidentally bought a child ticket because I didn’t know that my child was not eligible for this discount because we do not live in Poland. I immediately asked the conductor if I could simply pay the difference in price, but I was refused and was required to pay the full fare. I feel this was unfair, as it was an honest mistake and not an attempt to travel without a valid ticket.

Late on departure

No air conditioning with more than 30 degrees for 6 hours

The driving was reckless, overly aggressive overtaking cars on blind corners while speeding, and the driver was on his phone while driving. No AC, and several long stops which resulted us getting into our destination an hour and a half late. Avoid Nika Tours, it’s an overpriced Mashrutka masquerading as a legitimate tour company.

First, I was notified the day before that we would leave later than expected. I was a bit mad for the change of hours, but finally the service was perfect. We had a very nice car for the family and the driver was kind, careful on the road. We really enjoy the ride and we arrived in 6 hours with a stop of 20 minutes.

Everything was great!
