Far too little space between seats!

I did not understand why we took another border checkpoint as it was written in the chedule. And why we had to wait for three hours for two out of three busdrivers after we've passed the checkpoint.

I was very disappointed with my experience on the Polish train. I had purchased tickets, but I accidentally bought a child ticket because I didn’t know that my child was not eligible for this discount because we do not live in Poland. I immediately asked the conductor if I could simply pay the difference in price, but I was refused and was required to pay the full fare. I feel this was unfair, as it was an honest mistake and not an attempt to travel without a valid ticket.
