Passengers feedbacks about the carriers

Smooth Ride. Driver knew back roads approaching the recently bombed bridge to avoid a kilometer of backed up trucks. He also knew the border patrol police as friends which helped speed up the process.

Good driver and attentive to the passengers.

What kind of review am I supposed to leave when the driver personally told me over the phone at 8:45 p.m. to cancel the trip? I lost money and went through a lot of unnecessary stress because of this. And this is not the carrier’s fault — the responsibility lies entirely with the booking platform.

I was very sutisfied by the level of comfort and service.

The prive was ok, but the driver was awful, he was agressive and rude towards other drivers, his driving style was risky, also he was nervously obsessed about the passengers being careful with the vehicle - nothing wrong about it in general, but he was too obsessed with it, and made you feel sorry you occupy his car and make it dirty by sitting inside. The car broke a couple of times on the way to Tbilisi, it didn’t make it to Isani mall after all.
