The trip took 12 hours in fact instead of 8 hours as it was promised. That's okey, because there may be delays at the border who can no one predict. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout the trip, and another drawback was the lack of charging ports.

The bus left the Batumi station behind schedule and ended up arriving at the airport an hour late. If the flight hadn't been delayed, I would have missed it and been forced to buy a new ticket for $600. You should list the actual travel time on the ticket; otherwise, it poses significant risks. I have no desire to go through that kind of stress and aggravation again.

I have very bad experience the driver doesn’t care the situation of passengers.

Здравствуйте! 06.08.2026 я совершала поездку по маршруту Варшава — Лида на автобусе [You have purchased a ticket for 20:00 06.08.2026 with a carrier BS DND GROUP Polska Sp.Zo.o (NIP 5342588424 ) on the route:

Warsaw Bus station "Zachodnia", Al. Jerozolimskie 144, platform 8

Lida Bus Station, 1 Knjazja Gedimina str.].

На предоставленном мне пассажирском месте [23/24] была сломана ручка сиденья. Вместо неё торчала острая металлическая деталь. В ходе поездки из-за неисправного и опасного оборудования салона я зацепилась и порвала свои леггинсы The north face (два прокола).

Данное сиденье не соответствует техническим нормам безопасности перевозки пассажиров и причинило мне материальный ущерб.

Прошу компенсировать стоимость поврежденной вещи в размере [290 PLN / 80 EUR].

К письму прилагаю:

Фото неисправного сиденья с металлическим обломком.

Фото повреждений на леггинсах.

Копию билета.
