I am not happy with the service and I think there is an important think Leo Express provider has to pay attention at.
The staff has to be more polite and supportive. I do understand that they are in a rush, but sometimes it happens that it takes longer to be in a ‘restroom’ and it doesn’t mean that staff has to run after the customer and ask in a rude way that it is time for the bus to leave that area as the customs officers are waiting (as they don’t like to keep them waiting).
It is not the only incident I was involved in while travelling with Leo Express.
Myself and my family members are Leo Express customers for many years. We live in UK and come to visit our family and friend in Ukraine very often. And it will be really appreciated if your staff will be trained in a high level not only how to make coffee and to present biscuits and water but also how to be nice and supportive.
I am sure it will improve the service and you will have more happy customers
