Bus took 12 hours to reach because of some unexpected delays of traffic. The staff was really nice. Wish there was a toilet on board, stuck in traffic for hours without toilet was terrible. Also, when booking the tickets, no student discount was mentioned, so we paid full price.

Everything is fine
The worst experience I’ve ever had. The ride was supposed to be around 3.5 hours. Instead the road from Tbilisi to Kutaisi took 10+ hours. And all of these because driver didn’t use GPS. There were empty roads, but the driver chose the one with heavy traffic.
We are sorry for delay due to traffic situation you've experienced. No empty road were available and this particular traffic jam was even highlighted in press and TV. On top of heavy eastern teaffic, it was serious road accident infolving semi-truck, which made impossible to use alternate roads. This is extraordinary situation which is beyond our control. Thank you for understanding.

Everything was good
The driver didn’t let me get on the bus!
He said I would not be allowed to cross the polish border, even though I had a swiss permanent residence. But he had never seen that, and didn’t care.
I took the next bus, of a different carrier, got across the border without any problem and no questions.
I did not get my money back.
Unfortunately unforseen situations happen sometimes and out of our control. Traffic jam we all witnessed that day was really unprecedented and even got in to TV News broadcasts. Student discount information is available during booking process on ride details, however, we would like to mention that due to nature of discount and system restrictions, Student ID should be validated before purchase, therefore tickets can be booked only at office.We are looking forward to improve booking system experience in nearest future.
