Passengers feedbacks about the carriers

Rating 4/5 for the bus only because I traveled recently in the bus that had more convenient chairs, but all the rest was better with this company: cleanness of the bus, comfortable temperature, chargers and WiFi worked well.

Special thanks to the female driver who is amazing and created comfort of the trip: she provided enough information about the trips and stops, cared about travelers and was very pleasant. One girl felt not well at the border, so she rushed to bring to her own water and a sandwiche.

Despite of super-long waiting time at the border, the overall experience of travel with this company was very good.

Bus left without us, we came on time and it didn’t stop. Just passed us. We contacted the courier company and they told us to take taxi and catch the bus. However bus driver didn’t even stopped to wait for us, even if it was his fault. We missed the bus and didn’t get a refund

Good ride. Good service staff. Adequate pricing. Bad booking process…with no set time, just approximate time at booking time and confirmation of actual time the day before. Mine was 1h30 later until I said that would not work and another but was proposed 40mn earlier. Team is responsive though, so that helped.

Took much longer than expected, many unnecessary stops, drinking on-board people. Took almost 6 hours instead of 3. Customs control was quick.

Some seats are not working

Please consider passangers, who does not speak ukrainian. If I hadn't had companion speaking ukrainian I would't have understand busdriver's information about stops and activities on border.

Also please keep bus's toilet in work.

Bus driver stoped at duty free between the borders for 1 hour(!), and that’s why we were more than an hour late to arrive to Minsk. I missed my last train from Minsk, because bus driver wanted to make a commission on what passengers buy at their duty free shop.
