In the search menu you have to choose:
  • change the type of the vehicle to the airplane (in the folded version of the search chose the sign of the pole to see the types of the vehicles);
  • a departure city;
  • an arrival city;
  • a date;
  • then press the button “search”;
  • from proposed options choose the most suitable one to you (using the button “choose”) and fill in all the asked information (name and surname of a passenger, phone number, e-mail address, and - if required - traveling document type and number, date of birth, citizenship, sex);
  • then several methods of payment will be proposed to you, and a link for the payment along with additional information will be sent to your e-mail address);
  • when your payment is transfered to our account, the system automatically sends you a PDF-ticket. This ticket must be printed out;
  • The information about your booking is sent to your e-mail address.
  • At the top of the webpage you can press the button “cart”, then you will view a list of your orders.
  • You can find your order in your personal account.
  • You can use the link “My ticket” on the website and fill in your ticket number and the security code.
These contacts we need to inform passengers of possible changes in their routes without any delay.
It is not necessary to print out the ticket. All the data has been already transferred to the global system. It is enough to present a passport.
  • In the airline tickets any mistakes in names and/or surname are not acceptable.
  • If you have made a mistake, send us an e-mail indicating your ticket number and the problem.
  • Any change of the name and/or surname is charged.
  • When buying a flight ticket, you must indicate the name and surname in Latin.
To change the date in the airline ticket you need to address our Call Centre. In most airlines this service is charged. For some tickets any change of the date is impossible.
To change the place of the departure or arrival you need to return the ticket and to buy a new one, for this you can address our Call Centre.
