You can do it on our website.
In the search menu you have to choose:
  • change the type of the vehicle to the train (in the folded version of the search chose the sign of the pole to see the types of the vehicles);
  • a departure city;
  • an arrival city;
  • date;
  • then press the button “search”;
  • between the proposed variants choose the most suitable for you with the help of the button “choose” and fill in the necessary information (name and surname of a passenger, phone number, e-mail address and type of a document, its number, date of birth, citizenship and sex, if needed);
  • after this several methods of payment will be proposed to you, and also a link for payment will be sent to your e-mail address with the additional information;
  • for some routes you will have to wait 10-15min, before a dispatcher confirms the order, after the confirmation the methods of payment will be available;
  • when your money reaches our account, the system automatically sends you the PDF-ticket that you need to print out;
  • The information about your booking is sent to your e-mail address.
  • At the top of the webpage you can press the button “cart”, where you will see the list with your orders.
  • You can find your order in your personal account.
  • You can use the link “My ticket” on the website and fill in the ticket number and the security code.
We need it to contact with passengers immediately in case of some changes in routes.
It is necessary to print out the ticket.
  • The exchange form of the ticket needs to be printed out and exchanged for the ticket in the booking offices at the train station before the departure.
  • For the E-Ticket it is enough to show the QR code on the phone to register the ticket by the controller in the train.
  • The name and surname of a passenger has the informative character, that is why the minor mistake is acceptable, but still not desirable.
  • If the surname is wrong, we recommend you to return the ticket (tickets of the Ukrzaliznytsia can be returned only in the booking offices of the rail stations in Ukraine) and to buy a new one, for this you can address our Call Centre.
  • While buying train tickets to the EU countries, you need to indicate your surname and name only like in the traveller's passport.
To change the date or place of the departure and the arrival in the ticket, you have to return the ticket (tickets of the Ukrzaliznytsia can be returned only in the booking offices of the rail stations in Ukraine) and to buy a new one, it is enough to address our Call Centre.
